United Nations:
Free & Equal.
Free & Equal is the United Nations’ global campaign against homophobia and transphobia. Through ongoing and engaging campaigns, this fantastic initiative reaches and impacts the lives of thousands of individuals across the planet, helping us to stand up for equal rights and fair treatment for lesbian, gay, bi, trans and intersex people everywhere.
Working on this fantastic cause was a real pleasure for our team. The global reach of the United Nations meant that the final website was provided in multiple languages, utilised a clean and modern design tailored for different cultures, and was developed for optimum viewing and interaction across all devices.
UX & Wireframes
The main purpose of this website is to highlight the facts and to promote action. With a series of carefully developed wireframes, we were able to create a clean user experience and layout that maximised both of these objectives.
Web Design
Through a thorough offline design stage, we were able to create an engaging and eye-catching design that maximises the fantastic campaign imagery. This is complemented by the clean use of the United Nations colours, which we introduced in close adherence with the Free & Equal brand guidelines.
Web Development
The end result is a responsive, mobile optimised website that is packed full of engaging features – interactive maps, social media feeds, donate options, newsletter sign-up, and much much more. Take a look yourself and join the global campaign against homophobia and transphobia.
